  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple vinegar (or rice vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Oil spray for air frying

Instructions

  1. Soak rice paper sheets in warm water until pliable.
  2. Place softened rice paper on a damp surface and fill with vermicelli noodles, veggies, and tofu.
  3. Roll tightly from the bottom after folding in the sides.
  4. Brush or spray each roll with sesame oil for crispiness.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for even cooking.
  6. Arrange rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket; cook for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
