  • 12 oz. fresh green beans (trimmed and cut in half)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 2 garlic cloves)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then trim the green beans and cut them in half.
