  • 13.25-ounce box strawberry cake mix
  • 12 ounces almond bark or pink melting wafers

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the fine sea salt and clear vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  2. Gradually add the dry strawberry cake mix and continue mixing until a thick dough forms.
  3. Cover and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (overnight is ideal).
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the almond bark or pink melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Scoop chilled cheesecake mixture into balls using a tablespoon cookie scoop, dip each ball into the melted coating, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
