  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • For the frosting: 1/3 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, pumpkin puree, egg, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gradually add oat flour, almond flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda; mix until combined.
