  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast (one yeast packet)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs, room temperature
  • 44 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling
  • 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup – 2/3 cup pumpkin butter
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice

  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt unsalted butter with buttermilk over low heat until warm. Combine with yeast, granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
