  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract; mix until combined. Pour over cooled crusts.
  3. Place drained pineapple chunks on top; gently press them into the filling. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set but slightly jiggly.
