  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 19 oz. ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 2 oz. frozen spinach (about 1 cup when frozen)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Make the lemon dill yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate.
  2. Prepare the add-ins: chop sun-dried tomatoes, mince red onion, crumble feta cheese, and thaw spinach.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, feta, spinach, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Mix gently.
  4. Shape the mixture into five equal patties.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  6. Assemble burgers on buns with yogurt sauce and sliced cucumber.
