Ingredients
Scale
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
12 slider buns
1 lb cooked turkey bacon (crispy and crumbled or cut into slider-sized pieces)
Arugula or baby spinach for topping (optional)
Instructions
Cut chicken into slider-sized portions and marinate with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
Cook marinated chicken pieces in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through (about 4-5 minutes per side).
In a saucepan over medium heat, mix maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes; simmer until slightly thickened.
Assemble sliders by spreading glaze on buns and layering chicken with crispy turkey bacon.
