  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Sparkling or raw sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats and milk; let sit for a few minutes.
  3. Add maple syrup, neutral oil, light brown sugar, and eggs; mix until smooth.
