Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Chicken Breasts (cut into small strips)
  • 4 cups Broccoli (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/8 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Sauté chicken strips until cooked through; remove and set aside.
  2. Add broccoli and ⅛ cup water to the skillet; cover and steam for about 5-7 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese, mixing continuously to create a smooth sauce.
  4. Incorporate mozzarella, parmesan, onion powder, and oregano; stir until melted. If too thick, add water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Return chicken and broccoli to the skillet; mix well to coat everything in sauce. Heat through before serving.
