  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)

  • 12 ounces cooked turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 6 green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Pierce cleaned russet potatoes with a fork, coat lightly with olive oil and salt, then bake on a baking sheet for about 50-60 minutes until tender. Cool slightly before peeling and chopping into chunks.
