  • 45 medium lemons (zest and juice)
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar (for glaze)

Instructions
