Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs one at a time, sour cream, lemon juice, zest, and baking powder; mix well.
  4. Pour filling onto the cooled crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
