  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Keto Eggnog
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar Substitute (for icing)
  • Keto Eggnog (as needed for icing)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla (for icing)
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg (for icing)
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Walnuts (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, eggs, keto eggnog, Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and springy.
  4. Let the bread cool before icing.
  5. To prepare the icing, mix Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute with vanilla and nutmeg; add keto eggnog to achieve desired consistency.
  6. Ice the cooled bread and top with chopped walnuts.
