  • 1 1/2 cups beef rind crumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices keto bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
