  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan.
  2. Mix melted butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and chocolate chips. Pour into the pan and bake until set.
  3. For the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time followed by sour cream and heavy cream.
