  • 6 cups low-sodium beef or chicken broth
  • 14 ounces diced tomatoes (with juice)
  • 14 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 cup chopped green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large stockpot over medium-high heat. Add sirloin steak cubes and cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned.
  2. Incorporate sweet onion, celery stalks, carrots, bell pepper, and garlic into the pot. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes until vegetables soften.
