  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine steak cubes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Toss shrimp in olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in parsley and lemon juice.
  4. Alternate threading marinated steak and shrimp onto skewers.
