  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, chili powder, ground cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag tightly and massage the marinade into the chicken.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 3 hours for deeper flavor).
  4. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (204°C).
  5. Grill chicken for about 4-6 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F) or bake on a lined sheet for approximately 20-30 minutes.
