  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 ribeye or sirloin steaks (about 810 oz each)
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • 12 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the garlic butter.
  3. Season both sides of the steaks with salt and pepper, then brush with olive oil.

  6. Brush garlic butter on the steak and shrimp during the last few minutes of grilling.
