  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 1 clean glass jar with an airtight lid

Instructions

  1. Place peeled garlic cloves into the clean glass jar until it is halfway full.
  2. Pour raw honey over the garlic until fully submerged and close to the top of the jar.
  3. Seal the jar tightly and gently shake to mix.
  4. Allow to ferment at room temperature for two weeks, shaking gently every few days to distribute flavors.
