  • 8 ounces thinly sliced chicken ham
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup hollandaise sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Fresh herbs (chives or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and layer half of the toasted English muffin halves in it. Top with slices of chicken ham.
