  • 5 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 23 pieces ready-made pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it lightly with cooking spray or using silicone liners.
  2. Peel, core, and dice the apples into small pieces. In a bowl, toss the diced apples with water, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and cornstarch slurry until well combined.
