  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for about 10 minutes.
