  • 2 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 3 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk in a microwave-safe bowl until lukewarm.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and olive oil before adding it to the milk mixture.
  4. Gradually add flour and salt to form a crumbly dough.
  5. Knead on a floured surface until smooth, then let rise covered for about an hour until doubled in size.
  6. Shape the dough into balls and arrange them on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Allow them to rise again for about 30 minutes.
