  • 2 tablespoons Low calorie granulated sweetener or honey
  • 1 Scoop Whey Protein (vanilla flavor)
  • 6 ounces Light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Cups Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Low calorie granulated sweetener (honey or agave will work)
  • 1 Cup Berries or mixed fruit

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a food processor, pulse together rolled oats and pecans until coarsely chopped. Mix in cinnamon, melted coconut oil, and sweetener until well combined. Divide this mixture into four cups and press down firmly. Chill for 20 minutes.
