Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz macaroni pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the meat and stir to combine.
  3. Pour in beef broth and milk; add the macaroni pasta. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
  4. Lower heat, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top, stir until melted and creamy. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed.
  5. Stir in diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, or pickles as desired.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
