  • 1 medium onion (finely diced)
  • 34 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 16 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 45 cups beef broth
  • Kosher salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add diced onion, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce; sauté for an additional 6-8 minutes.
  2. Stir in ketchup, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and 4 cups of beef broth; bring to a boil.
  3. Add elbow macaroni, reduce heat to simmer, and cook for about 12-14 minutes until pasta is al-dente. Stir occasionally and add remaining broth if needed.
  4. Once cooked, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
