  • 1 lb heirloom tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 head garlic (peeled and crushed)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (drained)

  • ¼ cup basil leaves (chiffonade)
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Freshly ground pepper
