Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls (12 ounces)
  • 6 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 3 cups finely shredded cooked chicken breast (warmed)
  • 1/4 cup cayenne pepper hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix (1 ounce)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Line a large-rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  3. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached at the sides. Place the bottom halves cut-side up on the baking sheet and sprinkle 3/4 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese over them.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the warmed chicken with hot sauce, ranch dressing, and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
  5. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the cheese layer, then top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Cover with the top halves of the rolls and brush generously with melted butter. Sprinkle any remaining ranch dressing mix on top.
  7. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tops are golden brown. Cut into individual sliders while warm.
