  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, and melted butter until a dough forms. Press evenly into the bottom of the lined pan.
  3. Bake the crust for about 15 minutes until golden brown; allow it to cool slightly.
  4. Spread raspberry jam over the baked crust and sprinkle fresh raspberries on top.
  5. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips evenly over the raspberry layer.
  6. In another bowl, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, cold cubed butter, and cinnamon until crumbly for the topping.
  7. Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the layered filling and bake for an additional 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
