  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Slice the brioche or challah into thick pieces and arrange them in a greased baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
