  • 1 cup warm milk (divided)
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
  • Zest of 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by cooking cranberries with sugar until they burst and become syrupy.
  2. Activate yeast in warm milk mixed with additional sugar until frothy.
  3. In a bowl, combine melted butter, Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, orange blossom water, zest, and salt. Stir in the yeast mixture and gradually add flour until combined.
