  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 23 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 200 g Brie cheese (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio nuts (roughly chopped)
  • 1 egg (beaten)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200ºC/400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry to about 5mm thick and cut a large circle.
  3. Place the rolled pastry on the baking sheet and mark a smaller circle in the center.
  4. Make four cuts into the inner circle for easy folding.
  5. Spread cranberry sauce around the center area, layer on Brie slices, and sprinkle chopped pistachios.
  6. Fold over points from the outer edge toward the center to form a wreath shape.
  7. Brush with beaten egg for shine.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown; let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
