  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Add chicken pieces and coat well. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the rice: Rinse jasmine rice until water runs clear. Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan, add rice, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until water is absorbed.
