  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños (optional)
  • 3/8 cup Frank's RedHot
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Chill the chicken breast for easier slicing. Slice it thinly and chop into smaller pieces.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt two tablespoons of butter and sauté onions and jalapeños for about 7-8 minutes until softened.

  4. Increase skillet heat to high and cook sliced chicken for approximately five minutes until browned.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, add another tablespoon of butter, then mix in Frank's RedHot sauce and top with Provolone cheese until melted.
  6. Assemble by transferring the chicken mixture into the hoagie rolls and adding sautéed onions/jalapeños on top.
