  • 34 overripe bananas (about 1.5 cups mashed)
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
