  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash the pears, cut them in half lengthwise, and scoop out the cores.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped walnuts, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), and vanilla extract. Spoon this mixture into each pear half.
